right. If you've been waking up with a sore or painful back, you might
try sleeping on your side with your knees slightly bent, or on your back
with a small pillow under your knees.
If that doesn't work, you might wish to try a new mattress, or put boards under your old mattress to firm it up. Of course, it is always wise to check with your physician about any sort of health problem. |
